We have replaced the lengthy process of receiving receipts with an automated solution. Our goal was not only to facilitate the reporting of income receipts, but also to check product prices and immediately resolve any discrepancies.

For Panta Rhei, we deployed an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution that extracts information directly from invoices and then adds them to the company’s internal system. At the same time, the system automatically uploads the document itself, then compares whether the price is in line with the expected values.

This solution enables quick and productive reporting of receipts and at the same time automates product price control. If discrepancies are identified, our RPA tool will immediately notify the relevant team via email notifications, enabling quick and accurate problem resolution. In this way, a thorough check and minimization of errors during the processing of receipts is ensured throughout the process.
