MINIT was looking for a way to modernize communication with job applicants and provide them with instant access to information about job opportunities, company operations, and the benefits of working within the organization. The goal was to create a new communication channel that would support the HR department in recruitment, save time spent answering repetitive questions, and at the same time offer applicants a pleasant, informal, and accessible form of communication—even outside regular working hours.
The materials used to develop the solution included the website minitbakery.sk, the internal manual for new employees, onboarding training materials, and frequently asked questions collected by the HR team.
OUR SOLUTION
For MINIT, we created a modern, linguistically accessible, and visually appealing chatbot that guides job seekers through the entire process of obtaining information about the company. The chatbot is designed as a friendly digital colleague that communicates naturally, concisely, and clearly, in two languages, making it accessible to the widest possible range of applicants.
The chatbot’s conversational logic is based on a clear tree-structured organization of topics that intuitively guides users to the areas they are interested in—from an introduction to how the company operates, through information about individual job positions, to employee benefits and the application process. Each topic provides complete, human-written information that clearly explains how things work at MINIT.
The chatbot content was created based on the company’s internal resources and further expanded with information most frequently sought by applicants in practice. This resulted in a tool that not only simplifies orientation in the job market but also helps build MINIT’s brand as an open and modern employer.
The chatbot is fully integrated into the website https://www.minitbakery.sk/praca-v-minit, visually aligned with the site’s identity, and operates continuously 24/7. As a result, it provides instant information support whenever applicants need answers—without waiting, without forms, and without the need to contact the HR department.

RESULTS
The delivered solution brought MINIT both measurable and non-measurable benefits:
- Relief for the HR team – the chatbot covers repetitive questions and provides a consistent source of accurate, up-to-date information.
- Improved user experience for applicants – website visitors can immediately orient themselves, find out which positions are open, what they involve, and how to apply.
