A few years ago, we created an automatic communication chatbot for TIPOS, the national lottery company, a.s. company focused mainly on 2 topics – supporting the registration process of players and answering frequently asked questions. An important part of this chatbot is a direct link to a live operator, with whom the player continues the conversation. This form of communication is now well-established and fully functional at our client, and over time the need to obtain from the players a customer evaluation of the service provided by the operators as part of communication with the client emerged. After finishing the conversation, the player has the option to rate the operator in the form of stars. Many players neglect this evaluation, as it has no benefit for them, and therefore it is advisable to use other, automated, forms of evaluation of the service provided.

OUR SOLUTION

Artificial intelligence brings many new possibilities for monitoring the progress of the provided service and evaluating related data. Conversations between players and operators take place with different efforts on the part of the player, different forms of expression and communication. With the use of artificial intelligence, we can monitor the communication tone of these conversations and the overall mood during the conversation. Without analyzing each conversation in detail, we can use artificial intelligence to determine whether it is possible to consider the problem of a given conversation as solved from the client’s point of view. In the determined time frame, we evaluate the sentiment of the conversations of the individual operators of the TIPOS company towards the solution of the player’s problem.

RESULTS

Monitoring the sentiment of conversations and the degree of problem resolution with the help of artificial intelligence, in combination with the evaluations given by players to TIPOS, gives an overview of the performance and procedures of individual operators.
