Enhanced customer communication for Motor-car Bratislava

Our chatbot has also been used with a representattive of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

We created a short quiz focused on different Mercedes-Benz cars while using a chatbot to make customer communication more fun to engage in. Winners were rewarded with some interesting products while our client achieved an increase in test drives and new customers. Moreover, chat bot conversations gathered much information and data about the customers, their preferences and interests.
